Iowa County is usually a quiet county, but it made plenty of noise on Friday with headlining sales of $15,200/acre and $15,050/acre. Per the auctioneer, the two tracts sold well above expectations. October is coming to an end and November is typically the most active month for land auctions. This November will not disappoint. There are almost 17,000 acres to be auctioned within the first three weeks. If you are a buyer, there will be many opportunities.
